A one-day Interactive Workshop

Saturday - April 6th, 2019

This one-day seminar will explore the Eureka experience of insight which is an Aha! moment related to problem-solving, decision-making and creative solution. The four defining attributes of such everyday epiphanies will be examined from Archimedes’ to contemporary accounts, from the world of science to that of mysticism. We will also address the crucial question as to whether we can engender an epiphany. Our two main guides will be philosopher Bernard Lonergan and psychotherapist Ira Progoff.

Facilitator: Dr Stephen J. Costello, Founder-Director of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland.
